The Strategic Business Program consists of a series of 16 one-unit courses offered at convenient times that students may take in addition to and concurrently with their regular undergraduate coursework.
We have a fantastic course that begins on Monday, October 15th, from 5 ? 8pm.
Real Estate Investing and Forecasting

Real estate prices can be volatile. Navigating this market can be confusing, but with a little knowledge the process can be made easier for consumers and investors. This course examines important fundamentals of the real estate market. Topics include:
- The basics of the real estate market, including financing options
- The advantages and disadvantages associated with renting, leasing, and purchasing real estate
- Real estate decisions for business owners
- Investing in real estate
- Forecasting future real estate prices
Professor Bedard has fantastic speakers lined up for each night of the course including: local real estate agents, the developer of Camino Real Marketplace and a mortgage brokers.? This is a great opportunity for you to gain valuable insight into this market.
If you have a class that conflicts with the time of the class arrangements can be made on a case by case basis.
